Returns & cancellations.

For an online consumer purchase, you can tell us you wish to cancel before collection or up to 14 days after collecting your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

Email sales@modernsanitaryware.com with your order number and the items you are returning. No reason is required to exercise your cancellation right.

Contact us to arrange your return and confirm the return instructions. You cover the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Please protect the items during transport.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
