COLLECTION & CONTACT

Collect from Hounslow.

Free collection from our Hounslow warehouse. Delivery is not available.

How collection works

1. Order online. Choose your items and pay securely through Shopify. Select pickup at checkout.
2. Wait for your collection email. Orders are normally ready in 2-4 days. The order confirmation alone does not mean your items are ready.
3. Bring your confirmation. Arrive during collection hours with a vehicle suitable for your items. Contact us if someone else is collecting.

Collection is free. Please contact us before travelling on a bank holiday or if you need to discuss access, loading or a collection time.
